Consider this your Day of Coordinator "Lite" package, it offers you the opportunity to enjoy your day without the stress of having to oversee or have your friends and family be the worker bees. This package offers the ability to have a lead and assistant to help oversee and troubleshoot set up, coordinate vendors and provide a timeline for the night, "Day Of" Assistance Includes:

1 Lead and 1 Assistant Coordinator for up to 6 hours each Vendor Management: contract review, set up/strike timeline and communication with each vendor to effectively, orchestrate set up for ceremony and reception as well as make sure set up is timely and complete.

Venue Walk-thru with you and key vendors Ceremony Rehearsal General

Set-up of any personal items like programs, menus, table numbers, place cards, favors, etc.

Details Meeting 2-3 weeks prior to wedding day to compile details, create set/strike time line and learn your vision of the day and important details.

Wrap up meeting return event items, finalized details

This package can be booked 90 days out and is based on availability.

Time can be added as preferred.
